These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the ec44 platform, including all betting, casino, and gaming services available at ec44.bet. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any wager.
What These Terms Cover
The following summary cards highlight the six most important areas of the ec44 Terms and Conditions. They are provided for orientation only — the full binding terms appear in the numbered sections below. In any conflict between these summary cards and the full terms, the full terms shall prevail.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use ec44. Creating an account on behalf of a minor, or allowing a minor to use your account, constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
Each player may hold exactly one ec44 account. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or accidentally — will be merged or closed, and any winnings generated through a duplicate account may be voided. Contact support immediately if you believe a duplicate account exists under your details.
All ec44 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or local bank transfer are credited in ৳ at face value. ec44 does not apply currency conversion markups to domestic ৳ transactions.
Accepting any bonus, free bet, or promotional offer constitutes agreement to the specific bonus terms attached to that offer. Wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates are published on each promotion page. Attempting to withdraw a bonus before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus and related winnings being removed.
Fraud, match-fixing, collusion, use of automated betting software or bots, and any attempt to exploit software errors or bonus structures in bad faith are strictly prohibited. ec44 reserves the right to void any bets placed in connection with prohibited activity and to close the relevant account without prior notice.
ec44 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to the address registered on your account and will be prominently noted on this page. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Definitions
The following definitions apply throughout these Terms and Conditions. Where the context requires, the singular includes the plural and vice versa.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the ec44 Platform in any capacity — whether by browsing the site, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a promotional offer — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your account.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and ec44 with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior understandings, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein. No ec44 employee, agent, or affiliate has the authority to modify these Terms in a manner that is not reflected in a formally published update on this page.
ec44 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ec44 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and will update the "Effective Date" shown at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are published in English. In the event that translated versions are made available for convenience, the English version shall remain the authoritative and legally binding text. In the case of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
Account Registration & Eligibility
To use the ec44 Platform, you must register for an account. Account registration is subject to the following eligibility requirements and procedural rules, which are non-negotiable conditions of access to the Platform.
Eligibility requirements:
- You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. ec44 operates a strict 18+ policy across all products and services.
- You must be a natural person (individuals only — corporate entities may not register player accounts).
- You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Bangladeshi mobile number, and a functioning email address.
- You must not be a resident of or currently located within a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
- You must not have been previously self-excluded from the ec44 Platform or had an account closed by ec44 for breach of these Terms.
- You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close associate of ec44 or any ec44 game provider, payment partner, or affiliate.
One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active ec44 account. Creating more than one account — whether under your own name, under a different name, or via a third party — is a material breach of these Terms. ec44 uses automated and manual checks to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are found, all associated accounts may be closed and winnings generated across duplicate accounts may be voided.
Identity verification (KYC): ec44 is required to verify the identity and age of all players prior to processing a first withdrawal. You will be required to submit a clear copy of a valid Bangladesh National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence. Accounts that cannot be successfully verified within 30 days of the first withdrawal request may be suspended pending resolution. ec44 may also request KYC documentation at any other point in the account lifecycle where identity verification is deemed necessary, including but not limited to unusually large deposits, unusual wagering patterns, or as part of a routine compliance review.
Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ec44 login credentials. ec44 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your account whilst you are logged in is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ec44 support immediately via Live Chat.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the ec44 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). ec44 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods designed specifically for players in Bangladesh. The following rules govern all transactions.

Withdrawal conditions: Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit on your account. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect player funds. ec44 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal that it deems to require further verification.
Withdrawal limits: Standard daily withdrawal limits apply per payment method. Players seeking to withdraw amounts above the standard daily limit should contact the ec44 support team via Live Chat to arrange an enhanced withdrawal, which may be subject to additional KYC review.
Dormant accounts: An account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is classified as dormant. ec44 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts after written notification to the registered email address. The dormancy fee will not reduce the account balance below zero. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and contacting support.
Third-party payments: Deposits from and withdrawals to third-party accounts (accounts not registered in your own name) are strictly prohibited. Any transaction identified as originating from or directed to a third-party account will be reversed, and the associated player account will be subject to a full compliance review.
Betting & Gaming Rules
The following rules apply to all bets, wagers, and gaming activity conducted on the ec44 Platform, including cricket sportsbook, live casino, slots, fishing games, and all other gaming products.
Bet acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until ec44's system has accepted it and a unique bet reference number has been issued to you. Network interruptions, browser closures, or device failures before a bet reference is issued mean the bet has not been placed. ec44 is not liable for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues on the player's side.
Odds and markets: ec44 reserves the right to suspend, void, or settle markets at its sole discretion in the event of extraordinary circumstances including but not limited to: match abandonment, natural disaster, verified match-fixing investigation, technical errors in odds publication, or clearly incorrect odds caused by human or system error.
Void bets: Any bet that ec44 determines to have been placed at odds that were published in error — whether due to a pricing system fault, a data feed error, or a manual entry mistake — may be voided and the stake returned to the player's account. ec44 is not obligated to honour bets placed on clearly erroneous odds, even where the error was not immediately apparent.
Cricket market rules: For BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and all other cricket markets, the following additional rules apply:
- Match result bets are settled on the official result as declared by the relevant cricket board or tournament organiser.
- In the event of a match being abandoned before the minimum number of overs required for a valid result under the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method, all match result bets will be voided and stakes returned.
- In-play bets are accepted up until the point at which ec44's live data feed confirms the relevant ball or event has commenced. ec44 is not liable for bets placed after the relevant event has concluded where a data feed delay prevented timely market suspension.
- Player performance markets (e.g., top batsman, most wickets) will be settled based on official scorecards published by the relevant cricket board.
Casino and RNG games: All slot, table, and specialty games available on the ec44 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by the respective game studios. RNG certification ensures that game outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by ec44 or by any player. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games represent long-term theoretical averages and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.
Live casino: Live dealer game results are determined in real time by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, dice) operated by professional dealers. Once a game round has commenced and the relevant betting window has closed, no further bets may be placed on that round. Disputes arising from live casino rounds must be submitted to the ec44 support team within 24 hours of the relevant round, together with the game round reference number visible in your game history.
Bonuses & Promotions
ec44 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this section, as well as any specific conditions published on the individual promotion page. In the event of any conflict between these general conditions and a promotion-specific term, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.
General bonus conditions:
- Bonuses are available only to players who have completed registration and, where required, KYC verification.
- Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
- Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must meet the stated wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be transferred to the real money wallet or withdrawn.
- Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated on the promotion page. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements by the expiry time will be forfeited automatically.
- Minimum odds requirements apply to sports betting wagering contributions. Bets placed at odds below the minimum stated threshold (typically 1.50) will not contribute toward wagering requirements.
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of the wagered amount. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage as stated on the relevant promotion page.
- ec44 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or cancel a player's bonus entitlement if there is reasonable evidence of abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms.
Seasonal and event-based promotions: ec44 runs special promotions timed around major cricket events (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and other significant dates in the Bangladesh calendar. These promotions are time-limited and may have additional eligibility criteria. Details are published on the Promotions page within the Platform and are communicated to registered players via email and in-platform notifications.
Abuse and exploitation: ec44 monitors bonus usage for patterns that indicate systematic exploitation of promotional offers. Such patterns include, but are not limited to, placing low-risk hedging bets to satisfy wagering requirements, creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times, and coordinating with other players to guarantee outcomes. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have all bonus funds and associated winnings voided and may be closed permanently.
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using the ec44 Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the standards set out below. These obligations exist to protect the integrity of the Platform, the fairness of the gaming environment, and the safety of all players.
You agree that you will:
- Provide accurate and truthful information at all times — during registration, KYC, and in all communications with the ec44 support team.
- Keep your account login credentials secure and not share them with any other person.
- Use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
- Notify ec44 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction in connection with your use of the Platform.
- Use the responsible gaming tools available on your account (deposit limits, session timers, self-exclusion) if you feel your gaming activity is becoming harmful.
You agree that you will not:
- Use automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or access the Platform in a non-human manner.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform or its underlying technology.
- Exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform's operation for financial gain. Any such gain will be considered void and must be returned.
- Engage in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or collusion with other players, athletes, officials, or any third party in connection with any event or game available on the Platform.
- Use the Platform to launder money or conduct any other illegal financial activity.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse ec44 support staff or other players through any communication channel.
- Create more than one account or assist another person in creating a duplicate account.
- Allow any person under 18 years of age to access or use your ec44 account.
ec44 employs a combination of automated monitoring systems and trained compliance personnel to detect violations of these obligations. Where a violation is detected, ec44 will take the action it deems most appropriate, which may range from a formal warning to permanent account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.
Account Suspension & Closure
Closure by the player: You may request to close your ec44 account at any time by contacting the support team via Live Chat or by emailing [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any real money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your nominated payment method within 5 business days, provided all KYC requirements have been met. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
Suspension or closure by ec44: ec44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information during registration or KYC.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Suspected or confirmed involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, match-fixing, or collusion.
- Confirmed or suspected use of automated betting tools or exploitation of software errors.
- Account identified as a duplicate of an existing player account.
- Account holder confirmed or suspected to be under 18 years of age.
- Account identified as belonging to a self-excluded player.
- Compliance with a legal obligation, court order, or instruction from a regulatory authority.
Balance on suspended accounts: Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the balance is frozen but not forfeited. If the investigation concludes without findings of fraud or Terms breach, the account will be reinstated and the balance restored. If the investigation confirms a material breach, ec44 reserves the right to void all or part of the balance in accordance with the specific circumstances of the breach.
Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a voluntary self-exclusion of 24 hours up to 30 days, or a permanent self-exclusion. During any self-exclusion period, your account is locked and no deposits, wagers, or withdrawals may be processed. Your ৳ balance at the time of self-exclusion is protected and will be returned to you upon expiry of a temporary exclusion, or upon formal request following a cooling-off period in the case of permanent exclusion. Right of appeal: If you believe your account has been suspended or closed in error, you may submit a formal appeal to [email protected] with your account details and a written explanation of your case. ec44 will respond to all formal appeals within 5 business days.
